Rosemarie and her assistant Amanda were so helpful, and sweet during my home buying purchase! Any time I had a question, Rosemarie was very thorough and never made me feel dumb for asking questions. She gave my husband and I great tips for putting in an offer.. and that got us our house! With all her years of experience I knew she had all the knowledge to lead us in the right direction. I have nothing negative to say about her or her team. I will be recommending her any opportunity I have to my family and friends!

Before listing my house for sale I interviewed several realtors, but Rosemarie was a standout! Her presentation was exceptional! Rosemarie demonstrated to me that she had the knowledge, and experience to sell my home, not only for top dollar, but how to sell it quickly. I hired here right on the spot! Rosemarie helped me stage my home and made critical recommendations on how to present the house properly. Two days after listing Rosemarie got me a full price offer! Sadly there was a hiccup on the buyers end and their loan was not approved after a few weeks in escrow. That was quite disheartening, but Rosemarie didn't give me time to be upset. The next day she had listed the house again and doubled her efforts to find me a new buyer. Rosemarie ran an open house 3 weekends in a row until she found me a new buyer ( also a full price offer a second time)! The next buyers were qualified and the close happened without a hitch! Rosemarie was with me every step of the way right up to closing. She is an outstanding realtor that truly cares about her clients and not just getting paid at the end of sale. I would recommend Rosemarie to anyone buying, or selling a home (even my own grandmother)! This Realtor is a 10 out of 10 stars!!!

Rosemarie & her team went above and beyond. She was honest & on point with pricing. It rained the 1st 2 weeks our home was on the market so when most buyers stayed home she got creative to bring them out to our house. The professional pictures were bright & inviting. She is honest & takes selling your home seriously. We were under contract in 30 days. When our buyer started having problems with financing she was on the phone constantly with their mortgage company to make sure they did right to their customer & our buyer. I was WOWed by her thoroughness the entire process! Most realtors check out after the home is under contract. Not Rosemarie or her team. After interviewing realtors, I’m glad we picked Rosemarie!
