I truly had an amazing experience with Rose from start to finish! When initially thinking about buying, Rose sat down with my partner and I and discussed the whole process and how it works; giving us as first time homebuyers a copious amount of knowledge to use throughout the process. From start to finish and even after, we knew for anything we needed or any questions we had that Rose was simply one text or phone call away with a response. She was very quick with getting us set up to start navigating and deciding which houses we liked and even with COVID going on, was still able to get us scheduled for showings fast. Rose gave us instructions on how to apply for a loan, how to make sure we’re shopping for the best deals and the best rates and tips for making sure we use a credible lender. We ended up going with the lender she recommended who was also really responsive, thorough and helpful with the process. She helped recommend companies to help with the closing process as well like home and termite inspection reports. Everyone she recommended was efficient, knowledgeable, reasonable with pricing and ver professional. The whole experience was truly enjoyable and stress free thanks to Rose, she really kept the ball rolling and handled everything with class and ease- we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and are grateful to have had Rose guide us through our first home buying process. I can't speak highly enough about Rose! We worked with Rose back in 2019 to sell our home. I have to say that we were extremely pleased!
