Great experience working with Rosel

I would strongly recommend Rosel as a seller agent. She took a personal interest in the sale of our property. I commend her for going beyond the usual service realtors provide by following up with the city on permits, of understanding the history of the house, presenting the information to buyers and always being available to provide access to the house for any work being done there. It is the first time we were comfortable not having to follow up constantly with the agent on the sale of a property. We communicated mostly through text in the entire sale process. Moreover, I valued how engaged she was in working with the buyers through out the transaction until closing. Value her proactiveness and sense of time. Rosel mentioned that she is also working to obtain a contractor license; I think it certainly helps for a realtor to be aware of construction and remodeling. Will definitely use Rosel again in the future. Wishing her the best!
