I would strongly recommend Rosel as a seller agent. She took a personal interest in the sale of our property. I commend her for going beyond the usual service realtors provide by following up with the city on permits, of understanding the history of the house, presenting the information to buyers and always being available to provide access to the house for any work being done there. It is the first time we were comfortable not having to follow up constantly with the agent on the sale of a property. We communicated mostly through text in the entire sale process.
