Roseanne Simmons

Wow! Roseanne and I went through so much to help me find the perfect house. It took a while and she never gave up on me or the search even when it meant walking through over a foot of snow after a blizzard. She knew exactly what type of house I was looking for and was always on the lookout. My search was specific and challenging. Roseanne rose to that challenge with flying colors. She was great including my family with the process. She was fabulous when explaining home buying with my special needs daughter. Roseanne was always there for me when I had questions. She calmed my fears when I was feeling overwhelmed. It was fantastic to be able to rely on her expertise along with the expertise of my mortgage broker. I can’t say thank you enough. Actually, I feel a loss of not having daily contact with her. Roseanne, I will miss talking, seeing and laughing with you every day. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
