Roseanne was recommended to us by a friend, and choosing her was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we contacted her, she took the time to explain the home buying process to us thoroughly and patiently. Being first time homebuyers in this difficult market is both scary and overwhelming. Roseanne put us at ease the entire way, and truly felt like a teammate for us in this process. We had spoken with several people before and Roseanne was by far the most professional, personable, and knowledgeable realtor we met. She was prepared and early for every showing, and always responded in a timely manner. More importantly, when it came to making an offer she went to bat for us and advocated strongly for us (even when across the country on vacation). I feel confident in saying that we truly could never have gotten our house without her! There is noone else I would recommend to my friends and family aside from Roseanne!
