We looked at houses for over a year until we found the right one, and not only was she actively sending us the opportunities as they were coming to market (sometimes even before they became public, she is well connected), she had the patience to really understand what we were looking for, and she did not hesitate to give us remarkable insights on whether the houses were "worth" what they were listed for, and considering the current market, what would be the right offer to make.
