She monitors changes in the market continuously and is immediately aware of new properties coming on the market and new sales which allows her to make real time adjustments to her opinion of property values. I had the good fortune recently to experience her work first hand. She represented both the buyer and seller in a complicated transaction which also involved a long-term tenant who wished to remain in the property for a period of time after the sale to facilitate her relocation to a new residence. Rose created a sales contract to benefit not only the buyer and seller but also protected the interest of the tenant. The property was under contract within a day of it coming on the market, settled quickly, and all parties were satisfied with the process.
