Rose was the best! We had a lot of factors against us ( out of state, VA loan, first time buyers etc) and rose got us a house so fast! We got dumped by another realtor who said he basically couldn't help us anymore becuase the market is so hot, but after 1 talk with rose I knew she would get us a house. Last year I went to go sell my home and was unable to due to poly pipes. I took the house off the market and fixed all the pipes. We were five days until closing and the association where I lived did not approve my buyers. Associations are one tough cookie to deal with.
