In late winter Rose Paul sold our home in Sussex Wisconsin. Rose brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Their marketing is a top notch. We accepted an offer. We ended up working with a nervous young couple, first time buyers. Rose was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She always available to answer our questions. After signing all the paperwork and getting ready to leave out of the State I didn’t finish cleaning the house to turn it over. I called Rose and she came right away. She rolled up her sleeves and assisted me cleaning the house. I appreciated that very much. Without her help we couldn’t have made our house closing in Alabama. It was a great experience working with her.

Rose was super responsive from day one to close, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. She gave us sound advice based on the research she did into the market, never pressuring us to follow her lead, but guiding us to make what we felt the best decision would be for our situation. She helped us prepare for staging, and even helped out my partner when he locked himself out of the condo. We had a strong offer within 2 days of posting, and it was always clear what next steps would be and how things were going.
