Rose, reduced my workload and advised what needed to be done for a quick sale of my loft. From simple suggestions, move your Master bedroom dresser to that wall or install this new kitchen faucet, Rose knows what buyers are looking for and expect. Great service from inception to sale. Selling a home during a Pandemic you would think could cause some issues, Rose moved forward in a safe professional manor following all CDC recommendations. Every obstacle we met was dealt with quickly and with pragmatism. There were 2 or 3 other Lofts in my area on the market at the same time, mine closed and those are still on the market.

I worked with Rose to sell my first property, and was hoping to get the transaction moving quickly. Rose was extremely detailed in her explanation of the process, and was always available to talk to even though I'm based in Europe. She was also really thoughtful about working with my tenant who lived in the condo during the process.
