When I first decided to sell my house I hesitated finding an agent because of horror stories on agents I’ve heard. My brother recommended Rose saying was awesome and worked her butt off to find the right house for him. Let me tell you Rose Flores is the BEST and yes she definitely was on it looking for houses day and nite. She was available every time I called her, called me back right away. My husband is very picky and after 20-25 houses we looked at Rose finally asked him for his checklist and boy she found the right one and has been with us every step of the way. Now when we sold our house she was awesome and on it - immediately had her team getting ready for the open house. Just in little over a week the house sold. Rose is a very smart, confident, informational “get the job done” person. She works with you and listens to your needs and wants. Rose is the perfect person for selling your next house. Rose worked tirelessly and backed us up every step of the way. She always had the info we wanted and was always available to answer our questions. Rose Flores is a GREAT agent. She is well adversed in her field and if you have any kind of question, she is there to answer it and go beyond her duties to find out additional information.
