Rose was a delight to work with. She was knowledgeable and proactive - and really went above and beyond with each step of the process. I always felt that I was safe in the hands of a true pro. She certainly has a strong knowledge of the history and current position of a distinctly 'unusual' market - which I greatly appreciated. I also really appreciated her patience and flexibility - and that Rose made it all come together so quickly and (relatively!!) painlessly!
