As a first time home buyer I wasn’t exactly sure of what I was doing or what I would like but with Rose’s attentiveness and mindfulness she was able to help me find the perfect townhome for myself and my dog Toby. She kept us from making any wrong decisions when we got frustrated and tried to settle, and always kept a look out for us. She never got pushy even though we looked for months before finding the right home. She attended everything even the meetings and viewings that were not mandatory. She even went out and checked our house the day before closing! She really stood up for us when it came to the inspection and dealing with the listing agent. Rose listed our father’s house after he passed on. With all of Dad’s children living far from the property, we especially appreciated how Rose took the appearance of the house and yard personally, keeping the grass mowed and watered, ensuring the security of the house, and keeping the house staged nicely while showings were ongoing. She is very familiar with the local area and recommended a sale price that was a healthy balance between getting a good return and quick sale. She was always responsive and available when we had questions. She had her experts available to us to provide quotes on services to counter what the buyer brought to the negotiation.
