Rose is amazing, I cannot say enough good thing!! Her negotiating skills are unparalleled. I was able to get a significant amount of money towards closing costs on the original contract. She was also able to secure funds towards a new roof after the inspection. (The roof passed inspection, she negotiated based on only on its age.) There were issues found during the walk through. Rose was able to bring in a plumber, electrician and additional inspector all within 24 hours. She then negotiated substantial funds for repairs, as well as coordinate the services as both myself and the seller were out of state. This situation could have been a disaster, but thanks to Rose's experience, contacts, and a clear, focused commitment to her clients it ended up working out to my benefit. During a time when I hear friends saying their agents have told them shouldn't expect a lot of seller concessions, I got an amazing deal thanks to Rose. I have bought and sold houses in the past, and I wish that I had Rose on my side for those transactions, because I know I would have gotten a much better deal!!

Rose represented the buyer for the house I was selling as an FSBO. Though Rose represented the buyer she helped me the seller with items that I needed to complete for the sale to go thru . Rose was very professional and courteous thru the whole process understanding my lack of knowledge in the process and offering guidance on what I needed to do from my side.
