Rose helped our family sell our condo unit and buy a replacement property. Selling out condo was not easy, because our condo association is in litigation with the developer over defect issues. She was relentless (in the best possible way!) in getting all of the details of the litigation so that buyers would be informed and would know that the litigation would not cost them. She also lined up mortgage lenders who would lend in the condo despite the litigation so that she could steer prospective buyers to financing sources. The condo we sold was a second home, and Rose really stepped in and took care of a lot of the preparation of our condo for sale. We were prepared and ready when we listed the unit. Once the condo was under contract, Rose kept after the buyers and their agent, she handled much of the detail of resolving the buyer's requested repairs and stayed on top of the closing process. No detail was missed. Rose did a great job, and we were really pleased with how the sale went. And she did an equally good job with our purchase - she helped us narrow our search, she prescreened houses so that when we arrived in town to look we were focused and she used her years of experience in the local area to help us select the best communities for our family.
