Perseverance
The buyer was having a hard time getting a mortgage. Rose did everything she could to help, including doing things that the mortgage lender should have done himself. She kept me in the know of what was causing the delay and explained what was going on. She pushed the lender to get his work finished. It took several visits to explain and have me sign new documents. She was very attentive, even through the crush of other business she had to handle.
