I am currently in escrow and ready to close thanks to my SUPER AGENT ROSCOE WILLIAMS. He helped me to find my Dream Home and then masterfully negotiated the price to were it was affordable and along with the house he negotiated 4tv's all the furniture , top of the line washer dryer and fridge all included in the deal. Mr Roscoe Williams was such a professional; extremely knowledgeable and patient with my mother. We were trying to move her out of the last place that she had lived in for 25 years with my father and it was extremely complicated, given the fact that she had homeowners association regulations. Several other realtors had listed her house and attempted to sell it and every time it went into escrow, it fell out because they were not doing the proper procedures. Roscoe Williams came in and dug right into the regulations book, contacted the HOA president and quickly, efficiently and for the right price was able to sell the house! He did nothing but be supportive and understanding throughout this most difficult move. I highly recommend Roscoe Williams! And one last thought- he is very responsive, very quick to respond to any questions or needs throughout the process and always available. He goes above and beyond the requirements of a normal or regular real estate agent. He is superb.
