If you are looking for a real estate agent, you will not find anyone better than Rosanne Gearhart! She is such a professional and so knowledgeable of the field. She always has her clients best interest in mind and always goes the extra mile. She made this very stressful process of buying our first house unbelievably smooth! She is such an expert in her field, that through the many trials in buying a house, we always felt well taken care of and confident that the right house was going to pop up for us! As many people in the market now know, it has been a difficult time to buy. We looked for about a year and Rosanne was the positivity through the whole process! She was so patient with us and made it apparent that she wanted us to get the right house just as much as we did! It is very clear that she cares deeply about her clients, and looks for houses that we could make a home. She is so kind, compassionate, and very caring but also extremely fierce in getting what is best for her clients. She is very professional but also feels like part of the family! (Actually when we ask our 18 month old if she wants to go see Ms G., she says “yes, yes” with a big smile.) We absolutely NEVER felt that she was trying to push us to buy a house to make a sale. Actually, on the contrary, she suggested for us to look further into red flags that she would see in a house. She knows exactly what to look for and if she doesn’t have an answer she can suggest someone who does. I cannot say enough good things about Rosanne! She is so good at her job that I actually go around trying to convince family and friends, who are not currently looking for a house, to consider buying a house just so they can use her! Anyone who is lucky enough to be her client, will be very well taken care of!
