!!!!! DO NOT APPROACH THIS AGENCY !!!!! Very unprofessional Agents. My initial contact with the agency was positive, Rosanne sounded very nice, interested in what we are looking for and how to help us. Then Daniel was assigned to handle our case. I found a property we are interested to tour, I sent it to him requesting tour. The tour was rescheduled 4 times, every time with an excuse of "Oh sorry, I didn't see your email..." , "Oh forgive me I did not know we were confirmed". When finally we had the tour, Daniel was very knowledgeable and helpful, he asked about our goals and what we are looking for and agreed to help by sharing spreadsheet to track our interested. Never happened. Second time I found a property and requested a tour, the new agent Emily was assigned. She asked 3 times to confirm which property I want to tour and still got it wrong, she came to a wrong property and started showing it to me. When I asked her to go around the property so I can see all 4 sides, she never did circle it, going always over the same 3 walls until I gave up. Numbers on property didn't really make sense to me anyways, so I let it go. The third property that I found looked very attractive and Daniel got very excited, he even let me know there are higher than asking price offers. I ran the numbers and was ready to outbid the highest offer by 10K, Daniel said he will reach out to selling agent and setup the tour. Never happened. Yesterday I saw the property going into contract with an offer lower by 10K from one I was ready to put. Still never heard back from Daniel. I would not recommend anyone ever working with this agency not because of missed deal (opportunities will come and go) but because of the way they handled me. Very unprofessional, very disappointing. Very bad experience.
