My father passed away and there were many things to take care of, including a house my father owned in Sacramento. I was having a difficult time managing the various tasks associated with taking care of an estate. Called Rosanna in to take care of my father's Sacramento house and felt secure in knowing that it would be taken care of. Rosanna's knowledge of the College Greens area helped greatly. She asked neighbors if they could keep an eye on the house, she lit up the inside of the house with a lamp on a timer to give it the 'occupied' look, even had a neighbor park in the driveway. Since I live on the other side of the country and was unable to monitor the house, the steps Rosanna took gave me confidence that the property was safe and looked after. Rosanna always took the time to respond to texts and emails which was not only professional, but helped reduce the stress our household was having regarding managing my father's estate. We would even discuss estate issues that did not pertain to the sale of the house in Sacramento. To say Rosanna is helpful is an understatement, she has a good 'heart'.

I listed this property while I was out of town, down with COVID. I fully intended to take care of getting all of the repair work completed using contractors I selected but I wasn't able to return for almost two weeks. Rosanna took up the reigns, used her own contractors and the end result was fantastic. She kept me informed every step of the way and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I have sold no fewer than 12 properties and I never asked my Realtor to take on this much work, always doing it myself. I cannot speak more highly of Rosanna and the effort she put forth. As for the sale of the property, the market had shifted quite a bit in the past several months and properties were not selling as quickly nor for as much as before so we did have one price reduction, then negotiated once we had an offer. In the end, I was satisfied with the sales price. Rosanna is always available and responds to phone calls, texts and emails very quickly; my urgency is her urgency. This is the third time I have utilized Rosanna's services, once for buying and twice for selling, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
