From the first text until the closing Rosann was was tenacious and persistent! She was constantly looking and sending houses. She looked around the houses and pointed things out. When we put an offer on a house she was commutative, knowledgeable, and helpful through the whole process. Early on, she ended up getting sick and was still working even with me trying to tell her to rest. During final walk through she found things we missed and proceeded to make sure they were taken care of (something that the sellers agreed to). She came back on her own to make sure it was fixed and brought a step ladder with her to check that everything the seller agreed to fix was fixed. From start to finish she was amazing to work with and I couldn't recommend her enough.

Rosann knew the market and kept us well informed as to what was happening. We were not on site for the duration of the listing but Rosann kept us informed as to what was happening and what steps we needed to take to meet the requirements for the sale of the property.
