Nothing short of fantastic
Rosann came recommended to us by my aunt, as we had no prior real estate experience. Rosann was incredibly communicative and really guided us through the steps of finding our home; she was incredibly patient as well as we figured out what was important to us in a home. Once we did decide on a home we wanted she helped in negotiating a price with the builder and helped be our advocate while we were still out of state. We feel she really went above and beyond helping make sure we understood everything happening at each stage in this process and we could not have been happier with her.
