Rosana is the best, she is beyond amazing! She helped us buy an investment property and went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy and comfortable throughout the entire process. Rosana is very personable and she was never pushy about trying to sell the property. She was prompt in her communication and emails even responding late evenings and weekends. She guided us step by step, from the offer to closing. It is obvious that she truly cares about her clients and this is more than just a sale for her. She had great coordination with the escrow company and guided us through the home inspection process. One big plus, is that Rosana has an engineering background so she was able to share useful information that other realtors may not have known about the property. She even went out of her way, after the closing, to return a FedEx package to the owner. The package was delivered to our home twice and she came by to pick it up and coordinated the shipping back to the owner. After moving in Rosana followed up with us to ensure that we were happy with the property and that we had moved in comfortably.
