On our first journey to looking and choosing the right house on this market was tough. Trying our best to look for the right size and prize almost took a toll on us, that we were pretty close on giving up looking anymore. But Rossy stick around and made it possible by being patient and understanding on our end that we needed what we wanted. We were fortunate to have her on our side for this purchase on our 1st home.

As first buyers, it was venturing into a new world of terms and processes, and it very complicated to understand everything, however we are extremely grateful to our real estate agent Rossy Lizama, she has practically taken us by the hand throughout this tedious process of getting our first house. Buying a house in California is a feat, it invites you to visit cities that you have never visited. One day my wife and I searching the internet found a house in the city of Adelanto, more than an hour from where we live, we contacted Rossy and she told us "when do you want to go see her to make an appointment and show it to her?" We thought that she was going to tell us that she could not go, because for her it was also very distant, but on the contrary, she was with us whatever time or city she was there. In this process of buying a house you can get frustrated and therefore become discouraged, and we do not deny that if this happened to us, especially when we made an offer and it was not accepted, your illusions and expectations collapse, and something that my wife emphasizes a lot is that Rossy said, "Don't worry, the house that he is going to build for you, will be for you". I think that at the end of everything now more than a Real State we have found a new friend.
