Rosie was amazing. She seemed like she had so much on her plate and was not phased one bit. Just in my personal experience, Rosie was in the process of selling my parents home getting them into their new apartment, helping me get into my apartment and that is not including the other deals that you had going on. Rosie showed up to my parents house the morning they had to be out ready to help move furniture, which I'm sure you will not find another realtor willing to do that. When I got the keys to my apartment, I did not have very much. I end up getting a call about an hour or so of having my keys and she brought me a bunch of plates silverware bowls you know just kitchen stuff that I did not have. I don't know where she finds the time to handle all this but she does and does not miss a beat. She is a real life Wonder woman and I am very thankful and pleased in my experience with Rosie. Rosie's husband is also very handy and can help in doing the things that need to be done at a home for it to be able to be closed and sold. They are both amazing people and I cannot say enough good things about them. So if you are in the market for a realtor Rosalba Carvajal is the one and don't think twice. Rosie is Clutch!!!
