Rosa was fantastic in managing the sale of my condo. I chose to work with her initially because of her initiative and can-do attitude and was not disappointed. She regularly went above and beyond to help make the sale of a less-than stellar property happen, including navigating sudden hic-cups in the listing process (HVAC inexplicitly broke down right before we were going to market). Her pricing and negotiation advise was spot-on and in the end I walked away with more proceeds than I expected. As I had moved out of the immediate area when we listed the property, Rosa handled virtually everything with respect to showings, sales and even meeting up with me with the keys to check the mailbox right before closing. Lastly, I feel I should point out Rosa's excellent communication and adaptability; she kept me informed and everything on track without being intrusive (I've learned to appreciate that while observing my SO's interaction with another agent). Truly, working with Rosa was like working with a good friend who knew what she was doing and was looking out for my interests through the entire process.
