Rosa was introduce to us by our friend and from the beginning she was totally committed to assist us in finding a home. We expressed our list of request and she tailored the listings based in our requirements. It wasn’t an easy ride since lots of the properties were moving fast but she was always positive. Once we got the house that we really liked she stared the offering process and negotiations, a couple of days later we got the call: they took your offer!!! After that she was very involved in every process: inspections, paperwork and the communication was amazing. We were so happy with her way to handle things and she was with us all the way (even at the signing date) once we got receive the keys from her, she stills call and check on us to make sure everything is ok and in case we need something.
