Rosa was great!! She helped us sell one of our investments properties for a 1031 exchange. She was very knowledgeable about the market, neighborhood, and strategic about pricing. She extremely helpful in securing quality contractors to bring the unit up to date for the sale. Since we don't live close by she even did a great job of overseeing their work. Additionally, we filled out all of the necessary paperwork remotely. Our rental quickly went under contract. She made the whole process easy, can't recommend her enough!
