ROSA is very helpful with local knowledge and expertise she can pull things via her contacts. Even she is in party like Happy hour, always put the client first and answers the phone, help the way she can. Impressively she responds very quickly on things, if she can not solve the puzzle provides alternative. When it comes to Negotiations Rosa is calm player but puts the point across in a very polite nice manner, basically different skill not to hurt others.
