We were on vacation in Sarasota for 3 months and were interested in looking at property while we were there. We were in contact with Rory before our trip and connected with him when we arrived. He knew what we wanted and what our budget was. He only showed us property that was in our budget and what met our needs. He would send us listings and we were able to check out the neighborhood before scheduling an appointment. Rory met all of our needs and out of the condos he showed us, we chose the last one - he saved the best for last. He is very knowledgeable of the condos in the area we were interested in.
