Roopa Vick did a wonderful job for me as my agent for the sale of my condo at 229 Pine Hov Circle, Apt. B-1 in Greenacres, FL. She was very patient with me during the six months that it took to finally hire her, because she knew that I needed time to get the apartment in saleable condition. I spent over $5000 in renovations, painting and mold remediation before I finally hired her in June, 2019. we agreed on a sales price of $119,000. Two weeks after the unit went on the market we had a buyer. They put down an offer of $105,000. Roopa negotiated a counteroffer or $115,000 which was accepted by the buyers with a 10-day inspection. The inspection revealed, among other, things, that the air conditioning unit needed to be replaced after 21 years. At Roopa's behest, I gave them a credit of $3,500 for that and other repairs. The sale closed two and a half weeks later on August 30, 2019. Roopa is a very good agent and a great person to use.
