MY 40th Deal
I have been working alone side Ronnie for over 12 years and have looked at over 50 properties with him. This was my 40th completed deal, and I am truly happy. I have used Ronnie on commercial deals of over 20,000 sqft as well as a house as small as 1,000 sqft. I love the fact that Ronnie will share his true feeling about a deal and just not positive things so that I might be more inclined to buy the property.
