Ronn is a great guy to work with. He experience shows. I listed a 5 plex with Ronn and I had multiple offers and it sold for more than it was listed for. It was sold in one day. The paper work can be overwhelming but he was very thoughough and detail oriented. Ronn stuck with me through the whole process. He was very supportive. I would reccomend him to anyone.
