Called Roni in March and told her we were ready to sell and it needed to be done by May 31st. Also I told her I still need to paint and do some minor repairs before we listed, so I really put the pressure on her to get this done quickly. Once i was done 2 weeks later she was in, took pictures and listed my house within a few days. After being on the market for 2 weeks and several showing we received a full asking price offer and the closing was completed on June 3, because I kept changing the date on her. In the end everyone was happy and she and her team did a fantastic job for my family. We will be selling our new house in 4 years and guess who our agent will be again, RONI.
