Roni Sterin made the impossible happen. She found us our perfect home while we were on the other side of the world. I never thought I would trust a perfect stranger with picking my home, but from the first conversation I had with Roni I just knew she had my best interest at heart. When we first spoke I had a totally different idea of where I wanted to live. Roni asked me a million questions and truly got to know me and recommended an area that she knew I would love. Over the months I drove her crazy with all the different areas I was considering and after wasting a lot of time and energy doing endless research, guess what? I got to the same conclusion that Roni came to after just one conversation with me. Along with all this, Roni is a perfectionist and will never let you down, she is at every showing, every meeting, and is always available...I'm almost sure that she is superwoman but she isn't letting on. Roni is all the things that a realtor should be, but takes it to the next level. Roni is an excellent realtor in so many ways. She genuinely wants to help others. We had some particular needs while looking for a place in Weston, she helped us get the perfect place with swimming pool and waterfront. The house was also in our preferred area of best schools boundary, that too she was able to do so in a short span when the market was a sellers market and plus in our budget. She doesn't stop just getting you the house, she continues to stay your friend and tries to help in as many ways as she can. But she is busy sometimes and may take a little bit of time to respond, but the patience is all worth it.
Our experience working with Roni and David was a solid 10/10. From meeting with us to make suggestions on how to best get our house ready for listing, to providing amazing professional listing photos, holding two open houses which had people lined up outside waiting for it to start, to presenting us with a professional spreadsheet with all of our offers, expenses and final profit after the open houses, the process was a dream.
