Roni listed my home on a Thursday night and by Sunday I had multiple offers over list price. She did an outstanding job vetting offers and really helped me through the process. Thanks to Roni, I believe I got the best price for my home. If you are in the market to buy/sell your home, I highly recommend Roni.

What can I say about Roni and David that hasn’t been said? They talk straight and fight for you when you need it. Feeling like I had someone on my side was genuinely invaluable in this process. Always available and responsive to answer my random questions that popped in at random times. We struggled to find a home before and Roni helped us into our starter home where others couldn’t. It’s a huge relief to start the next step of our lives and that’s in large part thanks to Roni and David’s ability.

Roni and David STERIN were very professional in every way from listing our home, the know how to present, the two opening houses, and working tirelessly on every aspect of selling our home. Have dealt with other realtors on other homes, but both Roni and David went above and beyond and selling our home in a record six(6) days for and outstanding price. If it was not for these two individuals, we would be lost. If you are in the market to sell or buy, these are the perfect match to do the job.

This is is the 3rd property buy/sell/rent with Ronie And I’m always happy with the end results. She sold my house in Sunrise in less than a week, she helped me buy the house in Davie just as quickly right after. I strongly recommend!!

I recently worked with Roni to sell my home in Cooper City. I had sold 2 other homes in the past with other agents and can honestly say that Roni’s services far exceeded my expectations and other experiences. She was knowledgeable, professional and a true partner throughout the total process..I would (and have) highly recommend Roni to anyone needing a quality real estate agent.

As I was already living cross country Roni and David took care of everything for me I did not want a lock box on my door as I had all of my personal belongings still in the house they went and showed the house every time for me. I could not have asked for more , they were professional and I highly recommend them. I will be using them again to purchase a home shortly.

Roni is the best! Highly recommend. She is a very hard working agent that goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy and that the process before, during and after a transaction will be smooth and with no worries. She is super professional and have a lot of experience in the Real estate industry. She found us our home off market and we could not be happier!

I could not have have asked for a more dedicated and hard working agent than Roni. She worked closely with us during the entire process to ensure everything was smooth and stress free. She was especially skillful with negotiations and secured us and incredible price on our home. Between her and David, there is no better team!

Roni B Sterin is simply the best there is, she takes pride in what she does. Very dedicate and professional, I had a small window when I was looking to purchase, Roni made it happen with 30 days to spare. To even have another realtor telling me that I had a top notch realtor because she always has your best interest at heart is going without saying. Thank you Roni B Sterin

Roni Sterin made the impossible happen. She found us our perfect home while we were on the other side of the world. I never thought I would trust a perfect stranger with picking my home, but from the first conversation I had with Roni I just knew she had my best interest at heart. When we first spoke I had a totally different idea of where I wanted to live. Roni asked me a million questions and truly got to know me and recommended an area that she knew I would love. Over the months I drove her crazy with all the different areas I was considering and after wasting a lot of time and energy doing endless research, guess what? I got to the same conclusion that Roni came to after just one conversation with me. Along with all this, Roni is a perfectionist and will never let you down, she is at every showing, every meeting, and is always available...I'm almost sure that she is superwoman but she isn't letting on. Roni is all the things that a realtor should be, but takes it to the next level. Roni not only found us our home, but has connected me to the community and provided me with everything I need to know about our area and service providers. Roni, you are a lifesaver and I'm forever grateful for what you have done for my family and I, but also for who you are as a person. This review wouldn't be complete without also saying a huge thank you to David Sterin who was such an integral part of this process as well. We love you guys <3

Roni is an excellent realtor in so many ways. She genuinely wants to help others. We had some particular needs while looking for a place in Weston, she helped us get the perfect place with swimming pool and waterfront. The house was also in our preferred area of best schools boundary, that too she was able to do so in a short span when the market was a sellers market and plus in our budget. She doesn't stop just getting you the house, she continues to stay your friend and tries to help in as many ways as she can. But she is busy sometimes and may take a little bit of time to respond, but the patience is all worth it.
