Everyone told us we were crazy to move during such a volatile market and we genuinely doubted whether we'd be able to find the perfect situation to even make it happen... but then Roni and David worked their magic... Our circumstances were pretty extreme - we found our new home and had 48 hours to get under contract on the sale of our current home or the sellers were going to move on to the next offer. Tensions were high and we knew Roni and David were the only people who could make it happen for us under such stressful conditions. After a weekend loaded with showings, which they made entirely worry free, we were under contract and had multiple cash offers for the exact dollar figure we'd requested. My husband and I were blown away by how easy and effortless they made it look. Roni proceeded to set up all of our appointments, show up and handle the appraisal, inspection and anything else that needed to be done so we could continue working without skipping a beat. She even offered to help find us moving supplies and help us pack! She also flawlessly coordinated the sale of several pieces of our furniture and artwork to the new buyers which was very helpful. It's worth mentioning that the day we moved a birthday gift we'd ordered SIX MONTHS prior for our son finally arrived in the mail (of course) and Roni drove right over to pick it up and have it sent to us at our new address. She even sent us off with a thoughtfully chosen going away gift for each family member, including our dog!
