The first realtor we were working with (not Roni) was close to retiring and didn't listen to our needs. Frustrated, we reached out to a friend who introduced us to Roni. We didn't have an easy time buying; one house - which we really liked and was at the top of our budget, needed way more work than we were prepared for. Another house we liked fell thru 2 days before closing - the seller had cold feet. Not once did Roni try to push us in a direction that didn't fit with our wants/needs. Roni could have talked us into the house at the top of our budget (which would have been more commission for her) but didn't; she understood. Roni could have found us other styles of house than what we wanted but didn't, she understood. Roni also understood that we were quickly running out of space in our monthly rental with a growing 4 month old while looking for a house. We were getting antsy. Yet every time we encountered a bump in the process, she told us to keep being patient - we'll find what we're looking for. Roni understood what we wanted. And we found it! Roni understood what we wanted and didn't waste our time showing us houses just to get a sale. It was Roni's local knowledge (both during the buying process and after the sale), along with her honest feedback, and sense of humor that we greatly appreciated.
