First time home purchase and I must say the third time of realtor was a charm. I advised what my family and I were interested in and he looked and helped in all the processes from beginning to end.. I recommend Mr. Pate for his professionalism and knowledge of the housing market..

No matter what time of day or what day Roney was available to take a call, email, and schedule viewings. He worked several weekends for us showing houses as we lived about 2 hours away from the location we were looking to purchase a home. When viewing homes he was very honest with things he saw that we should take into consideration prior to making a decision. It was nice to know we found a realtor that really 'had our backs' and we could trust. Would highly recommend Roney to anyone in need of realtor service.
