Hands down best realitor in michigan

Ronda was not my 1st realitor but she will be my last. I would not dare use another agent as long as i live wether it be to sell my home or purchase anoth one . I have had plenty of experience with other realitors so my opinion is not based off her an her performance alone. Ronda is thee most honest, knowledgeable, integriful, personal, caring well rounded business person i have ever met. This go round my wife an i house hunted for almost a year. So long in fact we had to get our loan re done. Ronda never got impatient. Never once had a attitude an never once was late to show us a house. Always quick to respond an answer any questions. But most of all her honesty an caring was off the charts. On more then one occasion my wife an i was ready to put a offer in aneveryone knows a realitor dont get paid until close. This woman looked at us an said at her own expense if this was ne i would not get this. She told us why as to where all other realitors r pushy an want u to buy wether its a good buy or not just so they can get paid. But not ronda. She cares. I could literally go on an on but here is the out come. Everyone knows the market the last yr has been way over value. Well ronda found a house an asked my wife an i to check it out. We went an my wife loved it. I cant lie the home had EVERY SINGLE thing i wanted but it was more house then i wanted. So i wanted to pass because of how big. The price of it was actually under what we were willing to spend on a house. Anyhow we put our bid in an it was excepted. Not only was it excepted but when the bank appraised it we found out our house was worth a lot more then we paid for it an ronda told us this before hand. We have been in our home for a week an a half now an i have not one complaint an not one regret. My wife, my kids, an myself have never been happier.
