I decided to sell my home last year after my youngest daughter finally flew the coop. I decided that I was tired of dealing with all the maitainance required to keep a home. I contacted Ronda and she walked me through the entire process, She suggested that I make a few cosmetic changes. I wasn't thrilled about the idea of putting any more money into a home that I was selling but I I believe in her so I did and let me tell you I am sure glad I did. thoses small changes added up to $$ signs! I was able to list my home for $40,000 more than my original asking price. She stayed motivated through the entire process between open house and showing my home there wasn't a day that went by that we didn't comunicate. She made closing a breeze and even after she kept in contact reguarding loose ends that needed to be tied up such as contacting the water company. I am now living in an apt but plan to start looking for a condo in the near future and you better believe I will be calling Ronda when that day comes.
