Ronda was excellent! She was very patient with me, I am a first time home buyer. So this process was all new to me and to top it all off it was the 2021 hot market, it was so frustrating being so new to home buying and having again and again seeing what I wanted with 20 offers already in the 4 to 5th day of being on the market. I had six different real estate agents before I found Ronda. They would get very exasperated with what I was looking for and would fail to work with my loan officer to ensure a loan could be taken out on the house if it ended up being a modular and I had no idea really what I was doing. She also would be straight with me when something was way over priced and encouraged me on waiting at least until the fall when less buyers in the market. I ended with more than my dream home.
