She studied the “comps” and we increased the asking price because she knew the market would sustain a higher price. We ended up selling for asking price. Ronda works with a very experienced team and she leveraged the knowledge of her team during critical decision points. She is a fabulous communicator, both oral and written. She knows the right things to say at the right time to close a deal.
