Ronda Doxey is the Broker/Owner of Real Haven Realty, serving the Houston Metro and Northwest Austin markets. A Stephen F. Austin State University graduate with a BBA, Ronda spent 18 years in award-winning pharmaceutical sales and leadership before transitioning into real estate investing, where she successfully flipped homes and built a rental portfolio. After becoming a licensed REALTOR®, Ronda gained experience working with first-time homebuyers, luxury clients, investors, and sellers before earning her broker's license and founding Real Haven Realty in 2022. Raised in the Houston area and now calling the North Lake Travis region home, she brings deep local market knowledge and a strategic, client-focused approach to every transaction.
