About Ronda

Ronda Doxey is a Real Estate Broker who is passionate about what she does. Ronda is a Stephen F. Austin State University alumna, where she graduated with a BBA. After graduating, Ronda began her career in pharmaceutical sales. She won several sales awards and was sales trainer for one of her employers. But, after 18 years in pharmaceuticals, she took some time off to spend raising her two children. During that time, Ronda began researching different ways to invest in real estate. She began her real estate career as an investor by flipping homes and buying rental properties. After a year of investing, it just made sense to get her real estate license. Once she did, Ronda worked as an agent for a larger brokerage. Eventually, she moved on to a mid-size brokerage, where she worked as a manager for one of its regional offices and formed her own team. After gaining experience with many types of clients, such as first-time home buyers, land buyers, and luxury buyers and sellers, Ronda felt that she was ready to open her own brokerage firm. She obtained her broker’s license in 2022. Ronda believes that exceptional service to her clients, whether buying, selling or investing in real estate, should be at the forefront of every transaction, and she is growing her own team of dedicated agents to carry on the exceptional service that has been so important throughout her career. Ronda is especially passionate about serving Houston-area clients. Ronda was raised in Houston, and she has spent much of her career helping her fellow Houstonians reach their real estate goals. She loves all that Houston has to offer, and the sense of community that makes it special place to live.

Ronda is the absolute best

Ronda is the absolute best. She worked with my fiancé and I to find out perfect home. She is patient, thorough, knowledgeable and understanding. We truly felt that from start to finish, she had OUR best interest at heart. Incredibly happy with the entire process. She made sure everything was as seamless as possible and communicated quickly and efficiently. Beyond grateful for her!
