Ronda is amazing! We were moving long distance from Pennsylvania to the Charlotte area with the search for our new home spanning over several months. Throughout the whole process, Ronda was patient, attentive and so very knowledgeable about the areas and the buying process. Ronda always fit us into her busy schedule when we were visiting the area, as we were under time constraints to look at homes. When we found ‘the one’ Ronda went above and beyond negotiating a sales contract, scheduling inspections and addressing issues that came up during the due diligence period. As settlement approached, Ronda made sure everything was in order, finally being with us at walkthrough and closing. Throughout the entire buying process, Ronda ALWAYS had our best interests in mind. She wasn’t in it just to ‘make a sale.’ We would whole heartedly recommend Ronda without any reservations to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent in the area.
