Mom knows best. She passed away suddenly a year ago, but about 6 months earlier, in February 2022, she chose Ron to sell her home in Buena Park. Ron was confident that he’d priced the home right, and he was correct. Even at a very premium price, it attracted strong interest immediately. After hardly any time on the market, multiple offers were received, and the home sold for above asking price. Our whole family was shocked, even though we were sad to see her home go. Before Mom passed, when it came time for me to sell my brother’s Fullerton condo in probate, Mom insisted that I work with Ron. Ron hadn’t worked with a probate sale directly, but he did not hesitate to say that he’d be happy to do it. I cannot say enough positive things about Ron. I live out of state, and I depended on Ron for everything from coordinating small repairs with contractors to changing locks on the door to advising on what we should fix vs what was fine to leave alone for the new buyer. Ron was so customer focused and patient throughout the process. California probate is a major headache, and I’ll bet he was involved in the process of selling this condo for well over a year start to finish. He never complained, and he always stayed positive that things would turn out well. Ron sold my brother’s condo for a price we couldn’t have imagined, even in a tougher market with higher interest rates. Mom was right that Ron was the best man for the job. My family thinks the world of Ron and the service and expertise he provided in selling two properties for us. In addition, he’s one of the kindest guys you will ever meet. ron is a pro a nice guy and knows his stuff (in and out) wish i had 10 places to sell he erased all my previous real estate nightmares i ever had unfortunately my RE experience in florida where i moved to did not have a ron weiss so back to bad vibes and information etc
