This was our second property sale with Ron. The first involved the sale of our primary residence. There were issues this the property that needed to be addressed, which Ron coordinated right away, one of which was a last-minute landscape emergency, he handled it and was rectified immediately. Our most recent sale (8 years after the first one) was a rental unit in a gated community. We had moved out of state and of course concerned how this would be handled. based off our prior experience, Ron came to mind first and was glad to know he was still in the business. After a simple text to him explaining our situation, he responded within minutes and we had a contract in place and was listed & sold within days. He had to jump through a few hoops just to get into the unit. A relative of mine had the keys and met up with Ron to give to him, only to find out he hadn't received all of them. After the relative later found the correct keys, Ron drove to his home to pick them up. Other issues arose which Ron handled and coordinated between the HOA management company, their contractors and those that Ron did business with too. All the work and adjustments that had to be done were seamless with very little effort on my part. Ron kept me updated continuously and responded to all my questions and concerns immediately. Even with the 2 hour time zone difference, he was always available. Even after 4 months of closing, I reached out to him for some information I needed, he sent it right away. He kept our best interests in mind and went above and beyond while carrying out the entire transaction and we had a very high level of confidence and trust in him.

Ron made the experience of selling our parent's home as effective as possible displaying his knowledge of the market for our geographic area and by being able to recognize the sensitive situation that we were in as our family had to say good bye to the family home of 42 years. His clear and frequent communications as well as his helpful disposition made every step of this difficult process palatable and efficient. I am very grateful not only to have known Ron as our wonderful neighbor of many years, but also to have had the pleasure and privilege of receiving his services as our real estate agent.

Ron was such a great realtor to work with, his market knowledge, experience is second to none.
