When I embarked on this journey to settle in Arizona, I had no idea of what I was doing. I was stressed to the max and decision making was an afterthought. I had been surfing Zillow for over 8 months from Massachusetts before I packed a U-Haul and drove to AZ. I was referred to Homes for Heroes by a fellow veteran and I was nervous to say the least. I hadn't purchased a home in over 34 years! I found a few places on Zillow that I wanted to look at so I called, made an appointment and my "Big Brother " Ron showed up!! He made me feel so comfortable even after I told him I was clueless on the process! He coached, guided and supported me with ever step. There was never a dumb or wrong question. He understood my fears and listened to my rants then explained everything in a manner I could understand. Ron is not just a Great Agent he's a PHENOMINAL HUMAN BEING and I'm blessed to have him as my agent but more so as a friend. There are not enough words to describe the comfort I felt knowing he had/has my back through this entire process and beyond. When I think of the work the Homes for Heroes does before, during and after the home buying process, it makes perfect sense why Ron is a part of this organization. His heart is in it to the core.
