Let me start out by saying I am an out-of-state buyer. I didn't have anyone to ask for a real estate agent recommendation, so, as luck would have it, I found Ronn by requesting a tour of a property I saw online. Ronn was my perfect match. He was very caring about my wants and needs, was persistent, but not pushy. I honestly think that I would not have the home I purchased without Ronn's help. He was SO on top of the market, that we basically got this property right out of the gate...actually before it even hit the gate. Lol. Ronn and Adam are a great team and they really care, obviously about the sale, but more about their client's happiness and satisfaction with the experience. Check and check! They have a fan in me and I will absolutely use them again in the future as well as recommend them to my neighbors, friends and family. By the way, Ronn is a wealth of knowledge and has a snazzy shoe collection and Adam is just cool. Like, you wanna hang out with these guys!
